Default Bob Ciaffone and Small Stakes Hold Em

Bob Ciaffone in his book Improve Your Poker writes, "Here is a good poker rule to follow. Anytime you are generally conservative in early betting, you should compensate by being aggressive in later betting. The person who plays tight throughout the deal is simply playing bad poker (page 33)." So he would appear to agree with the attacking style of play postflop in small stakes hold em.
