Losing credibility with premium hands?
I realize this is a rant but, I have often wondered this. What are the reasons that many feel over compelled to play less than stellar hands against tight players who are running bad with good starting hands? I often see myself losing my whole stack against someone who is reraising me preflop with a very marginal hand after I have lost to a draw out. Example.....reraising a tight epr for all of his stack (50bb) with something like KQ after he has continually shown down big yet losing hands. I know I am frustrated now but, when I "tilt" it is often with exceptional cards that are drawn out on. Please forgive the rant I would just like to find some kind of explanation.

My shown hands have been good. They lost, buy they were good. What am I not understanding? |

Re: Losing credibility with premium hands?
Losing hands with really good cards can make me tilt as well.
I have to remind myself that if I can lose quite often with really good cards, then I can lose even more often with merely adequate cards. The only thing I have control over is if and when I put my money into the pot. Why not do so only when the odds are in my favor? |
