Default Getting away from a big hand

Kindly forgive me if this post is not easy to read or if I make mistakes, it is my first time posting.
This is a situation I ran into while playing 5-5 nl at foxwoods.
I am the button with approximately $25k, the other guy is CO with approximately $7k.
BB has about $5k
BB raises to 50(standard first raise)
CO raises to $200
I have 8c9c. I call with my SC's which i like to do a lot
BB calls.
CO's image is tight and extremely aggressive,
my image is loose and extremely aggressive. I have played him before and he is a good player, likely to show any two.
BB sat down a few hands ago, dont know much about him
3 players to the flop.
Pot is ~$600 preflop
Flop is
5 6 7 r
BB checks, CO bets $1k I raise to 3k , BB folds, CO pushes, I call.
He has a set of 7's which I expected and doesnt fill up, I win.
This is exactly the reason i play sc's.
The questions I have are as follows :
1 Is there anyway to get away from
A The top set
B The bottom straight (3-7)
C What if the flop was suited and have the nut straight
Getting away from one of the bottom sets is, according to me not very difficult, although I might be wrong
The reason I dont think you could get away from any of the above hands is because,a LAG can have any of the lower sets probably not an overpair, I dont think an overpair would make a lotta noise on a board as scary as this.
