TT first to act behind loose raiser, middle of 200 player tourney

9 handed table, 50 players left out of 200, top 20 pay. I have 2700 chips, an average stack. Blinds are 100/200 and go up every 20 minutes. First to act, a loose aggressive player, raises to 700. I hold 1010 and reraise all in. Correct play??
