Default Point out the leaks please (stats)

Okay so basically I went underrolled to 2/4 (w/ 300BB), dropped to 180 BB or so and moved down, then dropped more so I was down a bit and cashed out my remaining $0.4. So, yesterday I started working on my game since it was too LAGgy for $2/$4 to handle the swings (I did good 3 BB/100 over 25k hands @ 1/2 and good -2 BB/100 over 10k hands of $2/$4 - also running good (and bad in the latter) I guess).

Either way, here is my statistics from before and after I started tightening up and I'd love to know if something is horrondeously wrong. I also posted my opinions about the earlier and would like to hear constructive feed back.

Level $1/$2 - Before, 20k+ hands
VP$IP: 28.15 Too High?
VP$IP from SB: 39.93
Folded SB to Steal: 77.66
Folded BB to Steal: 44.01
Att. To Steal Blinds: 28.87
Won $ WSF %: 39.48
Amount Won: +1238.25
BB/100: 3.13
WSD%: 39.35
W$SD: 48.11
PFR: 19.26
Total Rake: 1262.5 (yea...)

Level $1/$2 - After, 2500+ hands
VP$IP: 23.63
VP$IP from SB: 33.10
Folded SB to Steal: 82.5
Folded BB to Steal: 50.0
Att. To Steal Blinds: 24.18
Won $ WSF %: 39.99
Amount Won: -$285.25
BB/100: -6.01
WSD%: 37.67
W$SD: 40.65 (huk woot?)
PFR: 16.01

And I also want to add my (well half of this was played on semi-tilt/tilt) $2/$4 statistics from roughly my whole $2/$4 career (which has been brief):

Level $2/$4 - After, 10k+ hands
VP$IP: 30.35
VP$IP from SB: 42.94
Folded SB to Steal: 73.36
Folded BB to Steal: 40.24
Att. To Steal Blinds: 31.38
Won $ WSF %: 39.04
Amount Won: -$910.00
BB/100: -2.73
WSD%: 37.73
W$SD: 43.52
PFR: 20.31 (yay)

I play at PokerStars if that has anything to do with anything and I know my $2/$4 stats are very laggy since when i first moved, I played very aggressively and the session was over 13 hours straight up so I also played bad but I still included it as comparison.

Any other statistics required for you to know to point out what's horribly wrong? I'd love if you'd mainly concentrate on the latest stats I posted and say whether the direction is towards better and from which parts etc. I know for a fact that VP$IP has gone towards a better direction but for others - I have noooo idea.

Completing 40% of the time in the SB is too much. You're also defending the BB far to often IMO. Defending 60% of the time is just too much. It looks like your defending the SB a little too much as will. Given your looseness, you're going to SD way to much. My advise is to just tight up pretty much everywhere.

There was a mistake at my post, the $2/$4 statistics should be "before my trying to get tighter" the one statistics in the middle are what I'm aiming at, they're a lot tighter than the given two others. And that's where i'm aiming at - could you take a bit closer look at those - do they seem okay?

You know the problem, your to laggy.

The only stats you have worth looking at are the vpip 23 stats, but you only have 2500 hands, so not alot can be learnt from such a small sample.

Also sounds as if you have big problems with tilt, I get pissed off with myself if I tilt for 1 hand, let alone maybe 5- 6 hands in a session, you seem like you title half the time.

Generally your laggy but you dont steal the blinds enough, so your not in any way a good Lag.

Also you defend your BB to much.

Also your W$SD all look really low, I like around 52-54

On the middle statistics:

VPIP: Looks a lot better

W$SD A function of your WTSD and likely running a bit bad. You'r just showing down weak hands too often

What's your aggression factor street by street. It could be rather telling.

Edited because I forgot that this was SH, not full

You should put your position stats in too. If anything meaningful is going to come out of preflop numbers, that is where you will probably find it. I have a feeling from your high VP$IP and PFR combined with your low attempt to steal blinds, that you do not adjust appropriately for position.

That is just a guess obviously.

So where should the attempt to steal blinds be ? I always raise first in and from CO and button first in very very many hands (usually according to the chart that is provided here: http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/sh...rt=7&vc=1)

Also the positional stats from ALL hands I've played:
Pos, VP$IP, Cold call PF, Win%, W$WSF, Net, BB Won/Hand, WSD, W$SD, PFR, Raise 1st in
Button, 25.65, 0.35, 12.89, 45.82, 1454.00, 0.10, 46.12, 49.68, 21.53, 10.57
Cutout, 24.73, 0.19, 12.14, 44.58, 1181.00, 0.09, 47.33, 48.42, 21.08, 13.67
MP, 23.63, 0.04, 12.17, 47.35, 1211.75, 0.1, 47.55, 50.86, 20.70, 16.60
UTG, 22.21, 0.00, 10.88, 44.36, 390.50, 0.05, 47.50, 42.02, 19.77, 19.73
BB, 29.84, 0.00, 29.51, 32.85, (2426.75 Diff w/o blind: 4896.75), (0.14), 31.96, 42.80, 15.37, 0.07
SB, 40.35, 0.00, 17.29, 40.63, 1714.25 (dif: 1980.25), (0.10), 37.91, 47.64, 18.92, 6.51

Yay. Now that I think of it, a picture might've been better. Here's my aggression factors by street:
Flop: 3.75
Turn: 2.38
River: 2.04
Total: 2.80

Here's the link to the "more actions" sheet in MDI format:
