4th: If he had split aces he would have raised 3rd. He may have made a pair of queens on 4th but I thought it more likely he was trying to buy the pot from the BI.

5th: I've seen it too often where someone will call a raise on one street but fold the next. If he called this street Ii was going to check behind the rest of the way unless I improved.

you raised him 4th and bet fifth after pairing your door card. He'd have to fold queens up, and even bare aces. the 4th street raise might be ballsy but 5th is a easy bet. If he calls, i can't see how you could continue without trips or aces up on 6th.
