I think so against a sane player. What can you win against except an A3 diamonds or cold bluff?

I would bet the end and expect to be called by something like JJ. If he had a king or AA, you would have heard from him by now. Bet it.

Often, though not always, I play AA, AK, KK, QQ exactly the same way villain did here. Raising the turn with those hands would be a mistake because I'm looking for an overcall from the BB who isn't on a draw on this really ragged board. With the first three I'd sometimes bet the river but sometimes c/r, which means that the bet on the end is very close (at best).
