I like it, but what would you do on a spade turn?

Re: 109 rebuy BIG pot after rebuy faze.. what do you do?
I tend to repop these flops here, or bet into him again on the turn if a safe card comes. The board is pretty coordinated and a 6/9/spade turn will be very tricky to play (as well as if he takes a free card on the turn.)

[ QUOTE ]
standard? [/ QUOTE ] opening 78 utg+2 is not standard... i would reraise the flop, and if he pushes, close your eyes and hope for the best. i don't want to give him the option of getting to the river for just an extra 1750. |

[/ QUOTE ] I dont really like reraising the flop since you have enough of a stack to get away from a scary turn card, I prefer to get the chips in on the turn with only one card to come. However, you bring up a good point about a cheap river, how about a donk bet in this situation, rather than the c/r? |

Re: 109 rebuy BIG pot after rebuy faze.. what do you do?
I think you played the whole hand very well. I particularly like your lead bet amount on the flop. Calling the flop and checking the turn resulted in a nice "I love it when a plan comes together" moment... and then, of course, it's time to put the hand to bed.
