i think i would probaly play quads like this except the miniraise but i dont think i can fold here

What hand does he have that contains a 7 that he's min reraising on the button preflop? A7 suited? Very unlikely he has a 7 considering his actions.

I'm guessing he has AA and decided to slow play it on the flop. The only thing he really has to worry about on the flop is a set. If he holds the Ac then he can pretty much rule out a flush draw considering the preflop betting.

When the second 7 hits it eliminates one of the possible sets. I think he's min raising to build the pot on the turn and then on the river tries to throw out an over bet hoping you'll call with a small full house.
