Trouble with the VIP Bonus

About ten days ago I received my first VIP offer via a pop-up when I logged into Party one afternoon. I forget the exact details but it was something like $150 for 1800 points or something like that, with another $150 at 3600 points. Over the next few days I got the pop-up every time I logged into Party saying where I stood. However last Wednesday the pop-ups stopped and have not returned since. I would like to know where I am regarding these bonuses but I can't find anywhere to check. I sent an email to the VIP support on Wednesday night but they haven't responded. Away on the weekend break I'm guessing.

Question is has this happened to anyone else? Anyone have a suggestion on what I should do?
