party tracker question

I assume that when people talk about an affiliate being able to or not able to see individual stats they mean stats for multiple players under the same tracker since if an affiliate had individual trackers for each player there would be no need for a monthly breakdown. So are all affiliates able to see this breakdown of mgr now for an individual tracker or are only certain high volume affiliates able to see it?
