I bet, limper folds, nutjob calls.

This is a definate call. Depending on how big of a maniac he is, I may even reraise him here. Chances are your hand is good, and he is going to pay you off with a weak Ace no matter how many bets it goes to.

With a pair of aces and a very good kicker, how could you not call against a nutjob???

You only have to be good 10% of the time here for the call to be correct. Your hand probably isn't good enough to re-raise though.

IMHO calling is clearly better than either of your other options.

If his raise makes you puke then I assume you don't think re-raising is a good idea. So the only thing left is to pay him off.

It's not even close. You don't really think folding is an option here, do you?
