Default Best flop play here?

Obviously, I made no money on this one, as I bet out immediately. Does anyone check this flop?

If the board ended up pairing, obviously I'd have a full boat, but it'd be a mini one. If a low comes out, then I lose 1/2 the pot. Thanks

Default Re: Best flop play here?

It's a fairly unappealing flop for most hands, and leading full pot against a PF raiser makes a strong statement. Against average opponents I'd lead weakly to build a pot for turn (50-75c). In this case checking is best as Amour can be aggressive at times; give him a chance to continuation bet. I'd probably flat call his c-bet and check raise turn.

You're right Phil. Plus, a smaller bet might induce a bluff right on the flop.
