It's done via one of the skins (A newer one) and you have to sit at a special TV table where you basically allow them the rights to show your hole cards.

A) its expekt.com, and they are not new, they are one of the bigger actors in the network...

b) its delay, so what diffrence does it make, its a commercial thing...
