3-betting KQs
I see this a lot lately on Party/Empire. People are 3-betting in later positions behind raises with KQs.
Is this a good play, or too aggressive? Cold-calling or folding don't look good either. Opinions? |

Totally dependant on the raiser. Cold calling has its place also, as long as your guaranteed a multiway pot. |

Re: 3-betting KQs
How about a situation where the raiser has decent standards and the pot looks like it'll be 3-4 players tops.

Where is the raiser? Where are you in relation to him? With a hand like this I need to HAVE reasons to play it, and not vice/versa. Also, the more skilled your opponent the less likely I would be to cold call with this. |

Ok, I see what you mean. Unfortunately for me, I often play without reads since I'm playing 3 tables. Very difficult to really get to know anyone.
