WSOP Starting Chips For Non 10K Buy-In Events?
Hello all.
I'm considering saving up and playing either a circuit event or one of the 1K or 1.5K buy-in events in next years WSOP. Does anyone know what the starting chip counts and levels are in these events? I had originally been planning on playing in the Foxwoods NE Poker Classic, but their starting chip counts are usually about 1K-1.5K for these type of events, with blinds starting at 25/50 and 40-50 minute levels I believe. |

For WSOP events, the buyin = the number of chips you recieve.

Thank you very much. Any idea on the starting blind structures and how long they last?

You can head to http://worldseriesofpoker.com/wsop.asp and click on the links for each tournament, but it looks like 25/25 to start and 1 hour levels for the smaller tournaments.

Hmmm....interesting, thank you for the link. When I searched online from home and found their site it didn't allow me to click on each event and get those details (I was looking at the 2006 schedule)
