prima \"poker\" and multiplayer casino account(s) suspended
My primapoker account at captaincookspoker and my multiplayer casino accounts at 2 other places have been suspended, and they are "under investigation". I dont honestly know why this has happened. I believe i might have 2 nicknames, because the multiplayer casino seems to be using the poker software, which i didnt know. So that may be the reason. Meaning it is running on the same network as poker. And i know more then 1 alias is not allowed, but i did not know this before registering.
I havent been given any timeframe when and if this will be solved. My deposit of 100$ at one multiplayercasino has not been refunded, and i dont know what the f is going on. Prima seems to be able to do what ever it pleases. I would contact prima directly, but i dont have any contact information, and the casino where i have funds seems to not care about me as a customer too much, as they are not giving me any contact details and just says wait. If someone can give me a direct contact email at prima please do! Additional info to this is i have not played poker for atleast 3 months, only the multiplayer casinos. And i havent done anything wrong. -mimmi |

I had that happen on prima also. Just e-mail the casino that has been suspended with the reason for you having two alias. THe casino itself cant do anything, they forward you e-mail to prima, who will sit on it for a week then order the site to open a new account for you with your origional alias. If you situation goes anything like mine, took a week but I got my $$ back and the site opened a new account for me..
