playing the bubble with 3 calling stations

my bubble play usually involves raising preflop to take the blinds and build my stack/at least keep up with the blinds that are hitting me. however last night i found myself at two different tables where at least 2 of the other three left were calling stations... wouldn't push preflop but were calling with anything which ruins the added value of getting a fold. do u call with what i'd usually raise and just outplay them after the flop because unless i have a huge hand i don't see the point of pushing or putting in 4x blinds when i know i'll be called and can't have a read on what they have. any thought are welcome
