Secondary Site to PokerStars

My friend and I are looking to put big money together and play a lot of MTT between PokerStars and another site. What site would you guys suggest that has a lot of MTTs, a good layout, good blind structures?

PartyPoker?
Paradise?
BoDog?
Other?

Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

It would be mostly $20,$30,$50 MTTs. Maybe larger.

Party has decent tournaments that are run frequently. Unfortunately the skins, where you would get rakeback, do not have nearly as many tournaments or participants.

UB would probably be best and most comparable to Stars structure, although the player pool is a little smaller.
