I think it's pretty standard. The flop raise does no good. It doesn't protect your hand and just builds a pot. The turn raise is perfect because now you're charging draws and your equity is up a lot. Obviously this is assuming no one already has a made flush. Easy fold to the turn raise and overcoldcall.
