Flop: (19 SB) K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (6 players)
SB bets, UTG calls, MP1 folds, MP2 raises, MP3 folds, Hero 3-bets, SB caps, UTG folds, MP2 calls, Hero calls.

SB checks, MP2 bets, Hero folds

ok... i've been trying to work on my folding recently... i.e. trying not to stupidly call down when chances are good i'm beat...

what do you think here?

MP2 = 77/2/.7 after 200 hands
SB = 50/10/3 after 50...

i think if i had been heads up w/ MP2 i mite have called down.. but prob not...

how about the 3-bet on the flop?

any opinions?

I think you are looking at a set of 2's, 3's or AK. I don't think you are good a large enough % of the time to call this down for 2 (or more) BB.

A fold here is not terrible, you're usually behind. The pot is huge, though--I'm calling down here more often than not, especially if I can call down for just 2BB.

does anyone here consider the threat of a check-raise from SB when saying "call down"?

I'd likely raise to try and blow out the SB, but that's the probably last money I'd put in the pot unless I improved.
