Default Bad Play Tilt

I dont have a problem with tilting due to bad beats, because they will happen and u simply have to deal with them. I do however suffer tilt occasionaly when i make a bad play. It dosent happen often and it really dosent matter if i when or lose the hand in question. Its when im thinking it over and can only find negatives in the way i played a hand that its annoying. In some sense i think it is good because i feel like i should feel horrible when i make a bad play and it prevents me from doing it in the future. It also often causes me to play much better, definately in the long term, but often in the short term as well. Occasionaly it causes me to think "what am i doing here" and compounds itself. Anyone know a good way to prevent this?
