I can't cash out, and my buddy is up $300 according to pt and the cashier is staying the same???? Did the pp upgrades to blackjack mess something up or what is going on? Thanks in advance.

why couldn't they post this for everyone to see instead of forcing each person who wants to cashout to encounter the error independently and seek support for themselves.

EDIT: I just noticed you were from spokane so i have to represent. I play 10/20 or 2-10 at quest a fair amount. very fishy. I'm from Idaho though so its an hour and a half drive and with gas prices rising and my heavy fall schedule I don't make it out much.
