Money bookers and US banks?

Yeah, i'm still having trouble with the whole cashing out thing on Eurobet because I talked to them and found out that a cheque would do me no good as a USA resident. Does anyone from the USA use money bookers? Does it work with eurobet and cashing out?

And NO I CANNOT GET NETELLER IF I COULD THEN I WOULD HAVE A LONG TIME AGO.
