Default KK vs large river bet?

Hero is 25/4% up to this hand. He should have seen me as about 30/10%. I think my hand is good after the turn bet but he pots the river bet and ???? Typically a bet from nowhere means the last card had no impact on the players hand but???? Please let me know what you think if how I played this hand and what you think of the river bet....Call?

Thanks, hind sight is 20/20. I thought about for a while and called thinking he had had a high PP and was trying to portray a set of 6's. What got me was when he checked the turn after me. He showed AJo.

Thanks.

I think in this situation it might be somewhat debatable if he led the river for a smaller amount, say no more than 1/2 the pot. But betting out almost the pot, I think this is a fold. If he leads out for just 2 or 3 bucks, I'd probably call. And I think 3-5 is up for argument, but more than 5 is a definite fold.
