Default Top Two on Paint Flop

How do you play 2 pair on a paint board? This situation comes up a bit, and it usually involves me or someone else getting stacked.

CO is maniac preflop (50/21/1.1). Raise size is normal, I give him no credit for a high pocket here, he could have anything though. Post flop he's very weak and passive, with or without a good hand.

MP3 is your typical $100NL calling station (24/3/0.6), loves suited connectors, broadway and A-face, rarely raises.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $ BB (10 handed) converter

MP1 ($105.35)
Hero ($120.85)
MP3 ($104.3)
CO ($96.5)
Button ($112.15)
SB ($75.4)
BB ($40.1)
UTG ($86.05)
UTG+1 ($89.75)
UTG+2 ($54.95)

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $0.5.

What now?

Comments on other streets welcome too.
