3-bet turn. You need to make hay when the sun is shining. You likely have the best hand. Even if there is a straight out there, you have outs to full house.

First of all, to get better answers in the future, don't show the rest of the turn action or the river action.

In terms of strategy, unless your opponents are very tricky/stupid, the only thing you're behind here is JT. I don't think you can necessarily give credit for this hand yet, and therefore I like 3-betting on the turn. If you are capped or bet into again on the river, call unless the board pairs, in which case you can go into bet-maximizing mode.
