Default Organising small tournament.. outline for blind structure

Im organising a small no-limit holdem tournament for about 20 players in a few weeks time. For the tournament not to last any more than 4hrs what should the stack size be in relation to the first round of blinds and at what increments and how quickly do you think the blinds should be increased? Anybody ?

Here's the tournament structure I use in my home game. Everyone starts out with either 2K or 50K in chips, depending on the structures on the page.

Levels used to be 20 minutes each but the events were lasting past four hours (with 12-16 players) so I've shortened them to 15 minutes. Good luck!

We need a sticky FAQ in this forum for this question. If people aren't going to bother to even do a rudimentary search for this kind of info, it needs to be permanently at the top of the topic lsit.
