Is this ilegal?

I live in Brazil. Almost all gambling games are illegal in Brazil.(Exceptions are bingo, sports betting and few others). I whore at casinos on internet and get $$$. I withdraw and send to my bank. I report it to "IRS" and pay taxes. Am I a criminal?

ps: Does anyone from other country with the same situation knows the answer?I couldnt find someone specialized here to answer this.
