AKo - HU, what does Villain Hold and how to counter?

I'm new to NL, be harsh but be clear.

Villain has played <20 hands at the table so far, and ~doubled up twice. Few hands ago he doubled up with TT vs QQ floping a set, he called a pot sized flop bet and waited on the turn to check-raise all-in.

Fold to the turn check/raise. That means 2 pair or better the vast majority of the time.
