Default AQos getting me in trouble again..

Just wondering if I played this right.

Was late in the tourny with 12 people left, Top 9 pays.
Avg Stack around 14k I had 6k, blinds are 600/1200 with the blinds about to go up to 800/1600. 12 people left and only 1 person was shorter stack then me, and he had around 5k.

Hero SB 6k AQos
Villan1 4k 44
Villan2 12k AKos

I get AQos in the SB and I was hoping to limp in (3 in the pot that includes the BB) and just hope I hit something before I invested alot and someone from MP raised it the min amount and I knew that just calling was going to eat up 1/3 of my stack so I went ahead and reraised it and both guys called,
One of them showing AKos and the other showed 44. Then the 4's held up, I mean with the blinds the way they was and about to go up, I would have had just 3x BBs being only 2 orbits . Was it correct for me to reraise all in or just called ? My thought process was to try to get the BB out and isolate the MP guy. Thanks guys and girls.

AQ's a pretty strong hand short handed. I think your only two options are to push pre-flop or call with the intent to push on any flop (stop-and-go). Just ran into a couple of better hands.

Heh.

Bubble considerations can change things, but not when you're this short stacked. He's got some folding equity.

Those mini-raises can mean anything from AA to JTo.

Heh. I'm not saying you do, but some do. It's a mini-raise. Mini-raising preflop = always dumb. Always.
