AC this weekend?

I'm leaning towards Borgata 6/12 on Friday after work. What's the usual buy-in here: a) 2 racks of white w/$100, b) 9 stacks of white and a stack of red, c) other? $2 chips would be nice. I don't trust myself to consistently cut stacks of Borg chips without dumping them all over and looking like a dope.

You slow down the game when you don't have white. Bring white with you to the table.

$2 chips are about 10,000x better than mixed red and white.

But, I usually bought in for a heal-rack of each. ($250+50)

I agree, but I don't think they have $2s down there. I refuse to play with all reds. That's way too slow. I'm thinking 2 racks of white and a couple greens to make raises easy on the big streets.

Half a rack of red and half a rack of white is without question the correct buy-in in that Borgata game. And personally I don't think it's close.

(Think about it... every bet you're putting in except the blinds involve even numbers of red and white chips... why not start with an equal number? And, it just so happens that $300 is 25 BB in that game.)

All I have to say about this thread beyond that is that Vegas will be much the poorer for lack of some of the posters here.
