Help Finding Post

A couple of weeks ago someone posted the usual question about when to move up. Another poster responded with an well-thought out, organized response that was up there with the best things I've read on this site.

I thought I had saved that post, but apparently I did not. I wanted to go read it again, but all of my searches have been in vain. If someone smarter than me can help, I would be much obliged.
