Default Mixing it up

Does anyone think its a good way to mess with your tight image by betting 6xbb with a suited connector preflop? Is a better way to alter your image to limp with a bunch of hands in LP rather than coming in for a raise? Is it neccessary to vary your play in SSNL? I realize these are general questions and the answers I get wont be definitive but ive been wondering about these concepts for some time.

yes, mix it up. I don't like raising with 67s but 89s is good. This is a good idea and keeps those that like to bluff you on flop after raising preflop on their toes because they don't know what you have.
