villain is TAG, and I suspect 2+2, but I am not sure. he didn't clarkmeister this one dude on a 4 club board, but that doesn't mean anything. maybe he knows something I dont, maybe he had jack [censored], etc. is this a raise? if I call, should I call the river UI? Re: turn play against a TAG
Nine outs versus an overpair, top pair, or second pair. Call.

Re: turn play against a TAG
yeah I can't see merit in raising as he won't really fold anything with any significant number of outs, and I would rather not call a three bet. I also wasnt sure how SB factored in, but I thought protecting my hand wasnt as important because I was likely behind (he might have AK, but not sure if he would lead it on the turn). and without a read I assumed moving him off of something like JJ was risky
so, I called. |
