Default Multipoker -- need some serious advice/help!!!

OK, on the phone w/ Multipoker right now. They will not allow me to withdraw (it is in limbo somewhere) until I send them in the mail or fax them a copy of the prefered player application w/ my signature on it. WTF is this? Then they claimed that my party account was closed (and it is not)... etc etc etc... wtf is going on here? They won't give me my money unless I do this for security reasons. ANyone deal w/ this before? Am I talking to the mob?

I opened an account with Multipoker this week. Got an email from paypro today asking me to call them to confirm my info and something about preferred player account, or else my account would be suspended . Just got off the phone with them a hour ago. All they wanted was to confirm my info. They didn't request I fax them anything.

Does this lady just not understand what is supposed to be happening? Are they just blowing smoke up my rear for some other reason as to why my money is still in "electronic limbo" somewhere? I just threatened to take my business with them elsewhere unless they put me on the phone w/ a manager and released my money immediately. That probably didn't help my situation, did it?

well, actually, that worked. I called me back on my land-line, asked me teh usual rundown (name, address, birthdate) and said all is fine and well w/ both accounts AND I am now a preferred member (wtf do I care??). I asked about the money and he said, yeah, it's fine --- still no money in the neteller account.

Thanks for the comments :-P

I think it was the lady on the phone... I figured she was a little to aggressive to be legitimate. I think I may be done w/ MP... never had this problem elsewhere.

Now that that's done, I wouldn't worry.
