Question about BB/100 hands.

I'm wondering if a top player winning 3 BB/100 hands in 3/6 would win a lot more than 3BB/100 hands playing 2/4 or 1/2.
Basically will the top players at a given limit win a lot more BB/100 if he was going down in stakes ?
If you are a 3BB/100 at 3/6 would you be a 6BB/100 at 1/2 or 3BB/100 is most likely the most a top player would get at any given level of play in the long run ?

They would win more BB/100 at 2/4... but they would probably win more $/hand at 3/6.


The only limit lower limit where you might be ables to win more $/hour is 0.50/1.00 vs 1/2.
