Default Getting to the Showdown

I don't think I'm getting to showdown enough in the 10-20 game. What is a good rate in this game? It plays soooo much more aggro than any other game I've played. I feel like I might be folding too many winners as well. Also I'm having some trouble with continuation bets. I feel like against some opponents they will take cards off with absolutely nothing, I mean two unders and no back door draws even. How do you distinguish between those opponents and the good ones. What are your standard plays for these types of things. I've been trying to check behind on the turn a lot and then call a bet on the river in some situations like these. THanks for any imput.

Mike

U maybe have a problem with going to showdown and continuation bets. But we must see the hands where this is happening before we know that.
