Default NL Paired board -- Fold or Push?

2.5/.5 NL game, I have $60 in front of me and so does button. Button is a maniac, but knows I am relatively tight.

I have QQ in the small blind, the button makes it $4 to go. I raise him $6 to make it $10 to go. He thinks and calls.

Flop 977r. I say "check raise" and tap the table. He quickly bets $10. What does everyone do? Results will soon follow.

Wayfare, I'd do exactly what you said, CR and set him all in. I'm certain many others will disagree. In fact with a maniac I may consider betting into him hoping for a raise. I wouldn't want to make future desicions with this hand out of position and with money left to bet. The next best option would be to toss it.
