The Min 3 Bet
3 times tonight I have been min 3 bet in tournaments, and all 3 times they had AA, 2 of those I had QQ, and 1 KK. Is the min 3 bet pretty much always AA, I am getting to the point where I damn near want to just muck to it. Am I insane?

It's standard anything bet.
If you want limpers out and callers in it's what you bid. I've recently just started to look into advanced plays after running into this site/forum, and this has single handidly brought me 5x more play and bigger pots then i anticipated, while still allowing me the flexibility to drop if it gets hot. You had some bad beats, lets be serious, 3 R1 hands losing to the Hand, it stings right now, let it stop itching.
