redraw values?

hey all, I have a question that should set my newbie status in stone for a good while. It is concerning what negative value to assign to each person who calls a certain bet, or checks around, because of their redraw capability.

To clarify, If you have a hand that may well be best, but is sensitive to redraws, is there a way to quantify how much each of these redraws hurt your chances of winning?

I am probably asking the wrong question or the right one with the wrong format. So consider this one to be exceptionally open ended.
