AC question
I'm going up with about 10 of my friends for a birthday next Saturday and I'm wondering where would be the best place to find either a 2/4 NL table or a $50ish NL multi tourney on a Saturday afternoon/night. Do the Borgata and Taj get ridiculous crowded or is it possible to find a table on a Sat. night without having to wait 3 hours? Thanks for the help.

Re: AC question
Borgata is nicer but has very long waits on Saturday night. Taj is also a good room and you usually can get seated quickly. They have 1-2 blind and 2-5 blind NL hold em games which are pretty popular...not sure of the buy-ins cause I don't play them, but I think the 2-5 is like max 300-500 or something like that. Good luck.

Re: AC question
don't know how old you are, but if your in the 20-30 range which i assume you are, you must go to borgata. don't even consider taj. on a saturday nite borgata will be crazy and lively.. get your names on the 2/4 list and then head over to either the buffet which is great, or metro which has some good food... or hit up the close by lounge or blackjack pit right near the poker room (down the escalator)
taj on the other hand might have less of a wait, but is a bit grimey... i'd say on average you might only cut your wait time by about 20 minutes at taj. which isn't worth it... both places have about the exact same poker player comp programs.. borgata is well worth it, they have cocktail bottle service, unlike taj with their crummy plastic beer cups... trump really needs to get an updating there |

Re: AC question
Do you all want to play at the same table? Maybe Bally's would let you have a table all to yourselves. They certainly had enough empty ones last Saturday night. Don't forget there is a strike going on in A/C and only the Borgata and Trumps aren't affected.
