Is JoePa a figure head?

I mean, the guy doesn't even have a headset on. Is he that old fashioned, or is he just no longer in charge?

He's never worn a headset if I remember correctly.

The announcers nailed it though. His coaches are more hands-on then most coaches, but the team as a whole is still run by him.

He doesn't call plays, but it's his team, top to bottom.

Bradley runs that ship and has so for many years now. I know you as a PSU fan doesn't want to admitt it, but JoePa is nothing more than a figure head anymore.

All you have to do is watch one of his press conferences to realize his senile ass is clueless. It's actually quite sad they still air these like there's some importance to them.
