Default TPTK - Would you play it differently?

Reads: UTG+2 is an established LAG. Probably around 50 VPIP and 15 PFR (both estimated). SB is in first orbit. Seems loose - played 6 of 7 hands and showed down one hand (A7o limped from UTG+2).

Pokershare .5/1 Hold'em (Full ring, 8 handed)

Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
UTG folds, Hero raises, UTG+2 calls, 4 folds, SB calls, BB calls.

Flop: (8 SB) 3 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 2 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], J [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (4 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets, UTG+2 calls, SB raises, BB calls, Hero 3-bets, UTG+2 calls, SB calls, BB calls.

Turn: (10 BB) 8 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (4 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets, UTG+2 calls, SB raises, BB folds, Hero calls, UTG+2 calls.

River: (16 BB) 4 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (3 players)
SB bets all-in for $.60, Hero raises, UTG+2 folds.

Final pot: 17 BB.

The check-raise on the turn surprised me. I raised the river thinking UTG+2 missed a flush draw. I would have just called the river if SB wasn't all-in.

Comments on all streets welcome.

I would 3-bet the turn and put SB all-in. Partly this would be just to get through the rest of his stack and start building a side pot.

The back-to-back checkraises worry me, but SB is short-stacked and could be doing this with a lot of different hands.

I think it's fine

I wish I could tell you that I noticed he was short stacked, but I didn't have a clue until he went all-in. Just one more thing in a long list of improvements I need to make to my game.

I could see a flush draw c/r on the flop to try and freak everyone into checking the turn, but the turn c/r seems to be a desperate attempt to get you to fold to JTo or a flush draw. (There's rarely a good reason to try a c/r two streets in a row).

I think you played it just fine.

I considered that, but since he is out of position for a free card play, I wasn't sure. A 4 flush certainly has enough pot equity for a check-raise on the flop, however.

Three-betting the turn to put SB all-in and pressure the guy behind you is definitely better than waiting until the river and completing his $.6 all-in. We may well like the guy behind us to fold, or to put in money on a draw on the turn that he wouldn't put in on the river.

Results in white:
