Default Eye on Wall Street - OTCBB:AGLC

I was at work the other night and the fax machine churns out a page and I see the words "Online Casino Gaming" written across the top. I'm not usually a paranoid person but I've got to admit my first reaction was to run it through the shredder quick becasue I thought the Online casino junkmailers had found my fax number, and being caught conducting gambling business at work would not put me inline for any promotions.
I looked closer and saw that it was from "Eye on Wall Street" which publishes "Stock alerts" This issue of the "Eye" was pushing what they claim to be "The strongest recommendation of the Year - a company called AngelCiti Entertainment (OTCBB:AGLC) with a U.S. Address that claims to have proven success in the licensing of softwre for online casino gambling.
I wish I could c&P the entire page here becasue it is interesting reading but I have it in fax format only.
I think its interesting that at business with a U.S address is in the online casino gaming business.

A few items of interest :
- It is estimated that in excess of a trillion dollars is wagered annually worldwide on various forms of gambling.
- Bear Stearns estimates $4.2 billion in revenues by 2003 (US wagers online)
- 20.8 billion by 2005 (Global picture)

CEO - George Gutierrez
CFO - Dean Ward

*I am not suggesting anyone purchase this stock of course unless you like to gamble !!

Default This is the Company you say is buying Party Poker ?

First, you report this came to you in an overnight fax ... a later post has you talking to Dean Hardy, one of the principals, albeit while you were "drunk", mentioning in passing a major acquisition.

IF a publicly traded company is making a large acquisiton, and it was privately disclosed to you by the CFO, hmmm ... sounds like a problem.

You also might want to watch your own butt if that story doesn't check out and someone gets burned on the stock.

Default Correction .... wrong name

The name of the CFO in the company is Dean Ward, not Dean Hardy, Dean Wormer or James Dean ... sorry.

Oh, great - now I've done it. I appreciate you letting me know that I've taken this to far Ted.
My attempt at humor was not meant to be unethical.
I didn't actually talk to Dean - everything (except what I said was on the fax) was pure bullsh*t.
oh yeah , and now I am a paranoid person
