Suggestion to mods

In other forums (SSNL at least), the questions that get asked every day are all in the faq. It is a pain to find any posts using the search function, and I (and others), would be much appreciated if you could post some comprehensive links about the no posts in the sticky or in a faq.(underage gambling, penalties, etc)
