I bet the turn and check behind the river. The board is full of draws, and you wanna see a showdown anyway. Charge them now.
If I had checked the turn I would have called the river too. |

At 5-10, this is very easy bet the turn and check behind the river. At 10-20, this is an easy check the turn and call a river bet. Given the way you played the hand, the river call is fine, and is actually borderline easy IMO.

[/ QUOTE ] In essence: the 5/10 players make mistakes by calling too much. The 10/20 players make mistakes by betting to much. When you check the turn you invite all sorts of river bluff-bets. Additionally, you will often get raised off the best hand on this turn...often enough to cost us $ but not often enough to call down with A-hi. Surf |
