Empire getting on my back about 80$

Empire threw me a free 25$ to play with and I turned it into 80 by playing sngs and some .50/1.00. I go to withdraw it a few nights and I get a message saying it has been declined, and now there's no money in my account? I Emailed them like 3 times over this, and the guys on the phone keep hanging up on me? Screw Party skins, they're making thousands a minute, but they feel it necessary to screw me out of pocketchange for them. Ok I'm sorry, but it's a warning to anyone trying to withdraw their "free" money.

you probably didn't play enough raked hands to clear the bonus....

no stipulations on raked hands, and nothing in my bonus account window, not to mention I probably played 250 raked hands or so

Anytime Empire gives you free money they always require you to play x # of raked hands, usually 10x the bonus amount.

And I doubt the CSR rep is hanging up on you because they want to run away with your $80

Perhaps you were rude?, in that case i'd probably hang up on you as well

Seems a bit unreasonable to just take the money though.

I've had a lot of trouble with Empire, seems that once I've had 2 mails in a chain, I'm ignored... And I'm perfectly polite (I answer those mails for a living a few shifts a week afterall).

I would think that even if you had not met their raked hand requirement they would only take out their $25..... Keep bitchin at em.
