AA laydown
1-2 party.
In BB with red aces. 7 players limp (incl. SB). I thought of going for a check-raise on flop, so checked. Flop: 9 T Q (rainbow). Darn, I check, MP bets, 3 callers, I folded. J came on turn, there was a raising war. River brought a 3rd flush and king high flush won. Good that I folded. But any1 folds this on flop? |

Re: AA laydown
Pre-flop: You limp
Flop: Fold for one bet. Analysis: Bad limp, worse fold. What hand do you put your opponents on.....wait a sec, you didn't raise or bet so you have no idea so why did you fold. I would still CR that flop. You played this very weakly. I should talk though...the other day I folded AA pre-flop because I fell asleep in my new comfortable computer chair. |

Re: AA laydown
There is no logical reason why you should fold on the flop. YOU HAVE AN OVERPAIR!!! Ram and jam PF and on the flop with this hand.

Re: AA laydown
Wow. You missed out on 6 SB's preflop by not raising. You folded for one SB on a rainbow Q-high flop. That's pretty bad.
Raise preflop, and check-raise the flop. DO NOT FOLD THE FLOP FOR ONE SMALL BET!!! |
