Why are you re-raising preflop with 99? And when you do re-raise, you only make it 45 more for him to call. There is no point to do that. The only thing that might accomplish is exposing yourself to a re-raise all in. Just call preflop.

Call pre-flop. Make one bet on the flop and check-fold the rest of the way. Check-folding the flop is OK too.
